The idea behind this Hot Sauce was to make it as timeless as chicken wings are in the US. And that, you have to say, they’ve nailed!

The Classic Hot Sauce is made with Arbol chili grown in South Carolina by chili legend Smokin’ Ed, who also produced this Hot Sauce. Ed himself has said that this is perhaps the best Hot Sauce he has made in terms of flavour nuances.

Use it on everything - and don’t be shy about it!
