KLAUS' SCRATCHES

A scratcher is a true evergreen from the hot dog stand. If you want to grill this summer, a scratcher is also a classic, especially if you top it off with some chili!

INGREDIENTS

Hot dog bread
remoulade
ketchup with chili
sweet mustard
pickled Jalapeños
roasted onions
4 tbsp. freshly chopped chili

HOW TO DO IT

Grill the hot dog buns and split them lengthwise. Build your scratcher as you like and add freshly chopped chili on top.
